Winemaking
Pristine parcels of low yielding Shiraz were harvested between February to April, 2022, from carefully selected sites throughout New South Wales and South Australia. The parcels were fermented separately in static, rotary and ganimede fermenters, ahead of pressing and racking to French and American oak for maturation for several months. After rigorous blending the Black Shiraz was created, resulting in an opulent wine brimming with generous flavours.

A youthful, inky red in appearance. Lifted aromas of plum, mulberry, spice and dark chocolate. Dark fruited and powerful in flavour, juicy, structured and with a lick of charry oak. Decent length and mouth-feel
