All wines purchased from Berton Vineyards are intended for personal consumption

There is no minimum purchase requirement for orders placed through our website.
Berton Vineyards ships products using Australia Post as its carrier. Shipping costs are calculated based on current market rates at the time of purchase and will be disclosed to you prior to finalizing your order.
Wine is a perishable item sensitive to temperature extremes. Hot, humid conditions in the summer and freezing conditions in the winter can affect the quality and condition of wine during transit. Berton Vineyards assumes no liability for wine damaged during shipment due to weather conditions. Once the wine is transferred to the carrier for delivery, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, the purchaser. Berton Vineyards will not be responsible for replacing or refunding wine damaged due to extreme weather.
Due to the nature of our products, Berton Vineyards does not accept returns or offer refunds for wine, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong product has been delivered. In such cases, please contact us immediately to arrange a return and replacement.
